Kristin Fisher joined CNN in 2021 when she joined CNN. She'll be CNN's Space and Defense Correspondent. She covers all aspects of space, from NASA as well as Space Force, Space Force and commercial space companies to the advent of Space Tourism. Kristin's parents were each NASA astronauts. Kristin spent her childhood in space and has now employed as a White House reporter for FOX News, covering Trump and Biden Administrations regarding space-related issues. Before being hired by the channel in 2015, Kristin spent nearly a 10 years working her way up through local TV news markets in Grand Junction, Colorado; Little Rock, Arkansas; and Washington, D.C. where she received an Emmy Award as a one-man-band reporter for the city's CBS affiliate. Utilizing her expertise behind the camera, Kristin established Field Mouse Films in 2014, which was a specialist in documentary style films for corporate clients including Uber as well as Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Kristin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism at Boston University. She is currently living in Washington, D.C., with her entire family, which includes their 3-year-old daughter.
